The design process for any project is a mix of two main elements: the designer’s skills and knowledge, and the client’s understanding of their business. With these two key elements in mind at all times, the process is very simple – it’s simple a matter of communication between the designer and the client.
1. Submit your brief via email.
2. Receive a proposal for your design – this is to ensure that we both agree on the requirements of the project.
3. Accept the proposal and place your order through the site and we’ll begin work on the project.
4. Receive your first concept proofs within the pre-agreed timeframe – usually 3-5 business days.
5. Submit your feedback to the designs via email for our records. Suggest any changes, alternatives, combinations of the designs or anything else you’d like to see.
6. Receive your further concepts or developments of the design until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
7. Approve your design via email, giving approval for the completion of one design.
8. Receive your artwork within 24 hours of giving approval. Your project is now complete.
