With a new company and a need to create and maintain a professional brand, I did plenty of research before deciding to work with Logo Portal. Jeff’s approach was professional, highly responsive and creative. Logo Portal produced a stream of concepts that matched my vision for the new company, including designs that incorporated the company’s core philosophy. Concepts were developed swiftly and there was a genuine dialogue that kept the process firmly on track; I was able to rank concepts and see each developed to a point where choices could be made and stationery designed. The results were a delight. I subsequently asked Logo Portal to work on brochure design and modifications to the company website. Jeff worked with the various printers to ensure that appropriate formats were used and enhanced the website’s appearance with matching artwork that incorporated the new logo and strapline. I must admit that I don’t usually bother giving written feedback to companies, more through lack of time than anything else, but for Logo Portal and Jeff in particular I made time to write. Every aspect of dealing with this company was excellent, Jeff was always on the end of the phone if I had any questions and made the task of choosing a new company logo so easy. The most difficult thing was narrowing down which logo to choose from as Jeff would always come up with 2 or 3 good designs at each stage.

The brief I gave Jeff was very limited so for him to come up with exactly the end result we had pictured was very impressive. While the logo the other company came up with was quite nice, you’d never have guessed they’d actually asked me what I wanted as it not only ignored most of the elements I’d requested, but in some went totally against them.

When comparing the fees paid, there was no comparison – I consider your service to be a hell of a lot better value. I guess fundamentally, this sort of thing can’t be turned into as much of a factory line type of service that other companies are trying to make it.
