I have been very pleasantly surprised by the quick attention and service and have found that Logo Portal offers the type of service that I wanted, Fast, great attention to detail, and willing to be of help at any time. Great company and I recommend them to you.

I must admit that I don’t usually bother giving written feedback to companies, more through lack of time than anything else, but for Logo Portal in particular I made time to write. Every aspect of dealing with this company was excellent and made the task of choosing a new company logo so easy. The most difficult thing was narrowing down which logo to choose from as they would always come up with 2 or 3 good designs at each stage.

The brief I gave was very limited so for Logo Portal to come up with exactly the end result we had pictured was very impressive. For anyone who needs any type of design work but has limited ideas of their own I can’t recommend Logo Portal highly enough. While the logo the other company came up with was quite nice, you’d never have guessed they’d actually asked me what I wanted as it not only ignored most of the elements I’d requested, but in some went totally against them.

When comparing the fees paid, there was no comparison – I consider your service to be a hell of a lot better value. I guess fundamentally, this sort of thing can’t be turned into as much of a factory line type of service that other companies are trying to make it.
