Firstly, after we have taken your brief, discussed the options, and presented the first six concepts*, should you find our work in any way lacking, or be in any way unsatisfied with the designs we have produced, we will refund your payment in full.
Secondly, we offer unlimited revisions to your chosen concept. We don't charge any extra fees for amends and changes to your design – we will continue to adjust and reproof your design until you are entirely satisfied.

*Please note, this applies to the first four concepts for any package purchased prior to 14th July 2008.
Refunds will not be processed without a refund request form, and will not be given in any case where the project has progressed beyond the first concepts.

Copyright and usage
Please note that all work remains the property of Logo Portal until the project is completed and supplied to you, the client. This applies in any case, including if the project remains unfinished, or should we process a refund. If you go on to use our work in any way, in whole or in part, we reserve the right to seek compensation through a court of law at our full rate of £120+vat per hour applied to the entire project.
We keep records of all communications and source files for all artwork produced.
